Shopping and shipping basics
Changed your mind? Well, in that case, cancelling your order will be accepted if a request is placed within 24 hours of checkout. Orders that have entered the shipping process, cannot be cancelled by any means.
If you have chosen payment upon delivery, no harm’s done and if you have paid by Vivawallet, a refund will be processed into the payment source.
Retail Shipments in Greece
For retail customers in Greece, shipments are made using the following methods:
- Shipping via ACS Courier – 4,00€
- Pickup from our store – Free
- Pickup from ACS Points – 4,00€
- Pickup from BOX NOW – Free
Retail Shipments Abroad
For retail customers abroad, shipments are handled via FedEx International Connect Plus. The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the destination country.
Important: All retail shipments must be prepaid.
B2B Shipments in Greece
For business customers (B2B) in Greece, the following options are available:
- Shipping via courier: Cost of €8
- Pickup from our store
B2B Shipments Abroad
For international B2B shipments, we use FedEx International Connect Plus, with the cost automatically calculated based on the shipping destination.
All shipments come with a tracking number, which you will receive via email once your order has been shipped.
Of course we do! We would like to see our bags scattered across the globe, that’s for sure! In case you want an order shipped to a non EU country, please let us know beforehand, so as to inform you about the appropriate shipping fee.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped package arrives at its destination. You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Lazy Dayz does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
As soon as an order is received, it gets filed and its handling begins mostly the next working day. In case your item is ready to ship, there’s a good chance that your order may be dispatched the same day it got received.
All our items are handcrafted and we are a make to order company, so please give us a couple of days to handcraft your item. Some items are ready to ship, some aren’t, but be sure that you are days away from your new, handcrafted Lazy Dayz product. Once your order is dispatched it needs 1 to 4 working days of shipping, depending on the destination address.
We will do our utmost, to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however please be aware that traffic in certain periods, will deteriorate our speedy handling of orders!
Once you submit your order, the total includes both shipping and the cost of your products. We would like to clarify that product prices on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes set by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise this amount, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.
Shipping costs outside of EU, are calculated based on a number of factors, including the destination of the package and the volumetric weight of the items. If you want your order shipped to a country outside of Europe, please let us know beforehand, in order to provide you with an accurate shipping fee.
Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive a Viber message or an email, with the tracking number of your parcel. You can then check it in the courier’s website, to see its progress and other info.
Sure, who doesn’t like bows and ribbons? We can gift wrap your order, without any additional costs! We believe that nice packaging is essential when you open a box, either it’s something for yourself or a gift for a loved one.
Gift giving is meaningful and special, so we give you the choice to add a personalized, handwritten note inside the parcel. If you want to make someone happy, let us know and we will take care of it!
While the phrase ‘available on backorder’ might seem a bit concerning, there’s no need to worry if you’ve set your sights on a product with this status!
In practical terms, it means that the product is not currently in stock and cannot be immediately manufactured due to a wait for some materials. This usually involves waiting for printings or receiving other materials, but it doesn’t mean the product won’t be shipped to you soon. The waiting period typically ranges from a few days to a maximum of 1-2 weeks.
Payments
You can complete your payment by choosing one of the following options:
For Retail Customers:
- Debit or Credit Card – Lazy Dayz does not process or store credit card information. All transactions are carried out on a secure platform.
- Revolut – Payment available with a Revolut card, either digital or physical.
- Google Pay & Apple Pay – Fast and secure mobile payment.
- Klarna – For purchases over €80, you have the option to pay in 3 interest-free installments.
For B2B Customers:
- Debit or Credit Card – Lazy Dayz does not process or store credit card information. All transactions are carried out on a secure platform.
- Revolut – Payment available with a Revolut card, either digital or physical.
- Google Pay & Apple Pay – Fast and secure mobile payment.
- Bank Transfer – Available only for B2B customers. Please contact us for the bank account details. Order processing begins once the payment is confirmed, which may take up to 3 business days, depending on the bank.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available only for B2B customers.

Of course! In this case, you can use a credit/debit card or a Revolut card for payment. We’re also working on adding PayPal soon, so stay tuned!
Refunds, returns & exchanges
You can contact us either by phone, or send us an email and let us know about the change you want to make. Please note that this could be possible in the following 24 hours after the placement of your order. Shipping details, notes, or billing details, can be handled only if the order isn’t prepared for dispatch.
Please ensure that you provide accurate contact and delivery details. We cannot accept liability for any failed or late deliveries, due to being provided with incorrect details.

Once we receive your item, we will take a look and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please bear in mind that in high traffic periods, this progress may take longer than usual. However, we will do our best, for you to have your money back, safe and sound!
You can exchange an item with something else of your liking, following the returns process step by step. You can contact us and let us know which item you want to receive, provided that all requirements are met, concerning your returned item.
Exchange shipment costs (back and forth) are the customer’s responsibility. The cost difference between the product bought and the new one chosen, will either be refunded, if the new item is less expensive, or charged to the buyer, if the new item is more expensive.

Product Care
Absolutely not! All handcrafted products require delicate care compared to mass-produced items, so the washing machine is out of the question. Individual parts and details of the bag may bleed or get damaged.
The best approach is to remove the lining and rinse only the stained part of the bag under lukewarm running water with a mild detergent. Depending on the type of stain, you can also try spot cleaning with a baby wipe, a soft brush, or a small amount of clear alcohol, as long as the stain is fresh. If the bag is soiled from general use and age, you can soak it for a while in a basin of lukewarm water with a mild detergent. For drying, avoid placing it directly in strong sunlight.
We’re happy to take care of the repairs, whether your bag’s strap was chewed by your dog, the zipper pull broke, or it tore from carrying heavy books! Repairs are free of charge; you only need to cover the shipping costs for the bag to be sent to and from our workshop.
